1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NEUVIDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand LETMEDOYOURJOB.AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide custom AI agent design, development, and deployment services for business tasks. Our services include agent logic design, integration support, and optional managed hosting and infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the agent logic but lose access to optimization updates and managed infrastructure (if applicable). Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our agents for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

Agent logic and configurations built for your use case are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Our underlying platform, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEUVIDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
