Refunds & Cancellation

1. Scope

This policy applies to all services purchased from LETMEDOYOURJOB.AI, a brand operated by NEUVIDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until that date. One-time setup fees, once work has begun, are not cancellable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• The service was not delivered as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge was processed.
• A refund request is raised within 7 days of the original payment and before substantial work has been performed.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, for usage already consumed, or for dissatisfaction after the agent has been delivered and accepted.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business daysof approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email tech@houseofweb3.com with your order ID, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
